philosophy —
I work with a wide range of clients, including those navigating anxiety, neurodivergence, ptsd and depression. The common thread that weaves my work together is the belief that we all deserve to feel safe, regulated, free and at home in our bodies. We are all already whole, and the work involves peeling back the layers of illusion, conditioning, and fear in order to create the space to feel safe enough to trust our own inherent wisdom.
My practice is informed by a systemic, multicultural perspective and a trauma-informed lens. Above all, I believe the most healing aspect of the therapeutic relationship is centered around the act of deep listening and witnessing. My goal as a therapist is to create a gentle, safe space and guide you to bring awareness to your thought patterns and ways of existing in your body that are holding you back from reaching your fullest potential.
Through art therapy, mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy, jungian analysis and somatic therapy, I will support you in embodying this state of being.
This work is a process of deep presence and a devotion to truth, ultimately leading to refinement, intimacy with self and others, flow, and authentic alignment. You are a powerful creator, and it is an honor to assist you in remembering this truth. Together, we will shine light on your beliefs, habits, dreams and relational patterns in order to create a life of harmony and connection.
“Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.”
“it is no measure of health to be well-adjusted to a profoundly sick society”
